As a MyFlight Advisor client, will I still contact my provider’s owner services to schedule flights?

Our clients are welcome to contact their provider anytime they wish. MyFlight Advisor will be your main point of contact, saving you time by working directly with the provider’s owner services. We maintain and continually update a private and secure travel profile of preferences for our clients. We will handle all facets of your travel, such as the initial trip booking with the provider, all flight updates, including airports, FBOs, departure/arrival times, and perform our own detailed quality control process (beginning 48 hours prior to international travel and 36 hours prior to domestic travel). We also use several real-time flight planning resources to keep us up to date on weather and Air Traffic Control slow-downs, re-routings, and delays during the day of travel. We will notify you of any impending delays before the flight and offer alternatives to mitigate any risk to your schedule. And we will never modify a trip without documenting your consent.

Will MyFlight Advisor complicate communications with the provider’s owner services for my travel?

No, we will reduce your back-and-forth communication with owner services and only contact you with essential communications as needed. We will ensure that you have the best information to make the right decisions and that everyone is on the same page for a seamless experience. Furthermore, when owner services contacts us with updates and changes involving your travel, we will drill down, ask the right questions, and press for alternative solutions that will have less impact on your schedule.

Will MyFlight Advisor review my billing?

Yes, we will scrutinize your monthly invoices as they are issued by your provider to ensure all billing is accurate, including correcting any billing errors before sending you the final invoice. The final invoice you receive will include any such errors and the action we took on your behalf so that you're always informed every step of the way.

What else can I expect to receive as a client of MyFlight Advisor?

You will receive a written quarterly review combining all the private aviation programs we are tracking to avoid surprises involving over- or underutilization of your hours. This review will include our recommendations to ensure you make smart decisions and receive a fair deal. We will also discuss other potential options for you to consider.

My contract with the provider expires soon; how can MyFlight Advisor help me?

We have the expertise to analyze your travel history and future plans to define the appropriate number of needed hours and the aircraft model(s). Based on our market knowledge, MyFlight Advisor will help you negotiate the best terms for your new fractional share, jet card, or membership.

Can MyFlight Advisor help me with off-fleet charter flights?

Limited to our clients only, we offer off-fleet charter brokering when your provider cannot deliver the travel solution you need, or you want to conserve your program hours. We source from the same list of quality charter operators that the providers use and conduct a safety audit before all brokered trips. Our clients enjoy a 10% markup cap versus the typical 15-20% markup third-party brokers charge. We do not accept commissions or compensation from any third parties.

How does MyFlight Advisor charge for its client travel management services?

Our pricing is transparent and based on the total number of hours under an active contract with your provider. Our rate will adjust if these hours increase or decrease because of a purchase or expiration. Hourly rates are based on the total number of hours enrolled in the MyFlight Advisor program.

How quickly can MyFlight Advisor begin assisting me?

Your time and travel schedule are very important, so we aim for same-day representation. Our onboarding process begins with a new client “welcome call” to review your travel requirements, upcoming trips, and your preferred method of communication (text, email, phone, or chat). We also present the MyFlight Advisor Letter of Authorization for your signature and subsequent submission to your provider for their records.

Is MyFlight Advisor a Private Aviation Broker?

No, MyFlight Advisor is a dedicated flight management support service focused on helping clients maximize the use of their fractional shares, jet cards and membership programs. We only provide flight brokerage services for our clients when needed as an added benefit.
