Born of a team of experienced industry veterans who understand the inner workings of the largest fractional providers from years of working for them in sales, operations and service, MyFlight Advisor was designed as a dedicated independent travel manager providing operational and financial oversight for all private aviation users. Our client base includes high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporations, all of whom entrust us to work on their behalf in order to experience an improved private travel experience.

Working 100% on behalf of our clients, the MyFlight Advisor team relies on decades of collective experience with fractional ownership, jet cards, and membership programs to demystify the industry by confidently delivering precise, unbiased advice. We do not accept commissions, referral fees, or any other form of compensation from third parties so that our clients can be assured our only interest is theirs.

Our Team

Jeffrey Reis
Founder and CEO

Jeff is 35-year veteran of the aviation industry as both a serial entrepreneur and an executive who began his career in Naval aviation. With a background in technology, aircraft charter and management, he has launched multiple, successful start-ups, including flight tracking software pioneer Flytecomm, and aircraft maintenance operation, Sky Support, while directly helping others such as the private by-the-seat club Jet Smarter, and fractional aircraft operators Jayhawk Skybound and Jackson Jet Center.

Jeff has also created high-end, custom software solutions for innovative market leading companies such as The Jet Business, a London-based, high-end private jet brokerage, and JetASAP, an innovative charter booking app. In an operations executive role, he has spent years managing both private and charter aircraft fleets ranging from small piston aircraft to ultra long-range jets and airliners.

In addition to serving as founder and CEO of MyFlight Advisor, Jeff continues in the same roles for 3Nineteen Aviation, a highly successful aviation consultancy offering regulatory support, aircraft brokerage and maintenance, software development, and worldwide operational support.

Stephanie Rustoni
Chief Operating Officer

Stephanie is a 15-year veteran of the private aviation industry with extensive experience in managing company operations, and specifically client services, finance and human resources. She began her aviation career at aircraft charter technology innovator Avinode, where she was instrumental in the company’s growth as manager of multiple departments, while focusing on process improvement and strategic planning.

Stephanie most recently served as Chief Operating Officer for 3Nineteen Aviation, a comprehensive aviation services consultancy providing regulatory support, commercial and private aircraft brokerage and maintenance, software development and worldwide operational support.

Larry Fish
CFO and Company Advisor

As a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with extensive experience in Entertainment, Marketing, Hospitality, and VC/PE-backed Start-Ups, Larry brings a proven track record of financial leadership and strategic acumen. Currently, serving as the CFO of Gelb Productions, he oversees the North American concert operations of the renowned artist Andrea Bocelli, among others.

With a robust background that includes CFO consulting services and earlier roles such as CFO at McCann Erickson NY and Director of Finance at Planet Hollywood International, he honed his expertise in financial planning, analysis, and management. His career began at Deloitte, where he developed a strong foundation in auditing and financial reporting as a Senior Auditor.

Additionally, he serves as Professor of Business Finance at NYU’s School of Professional Studies, mentoring the next generation of finance professionals.

He holds an MBA from Columbia University Business School, a BBA in Accounting from Emory University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Tom Chapman
Chief Experience Officer

Tom has over 35 years of extensive experience in the private aviation industry leading business development, sales and operations. He has successfully opened new markets for companies offering fractional aircraft ownership, charter, management, and maintenance, while turning around struggling businesses and building long-term relationships with ultra-high net worth individuals, C-level clients and Fortune 500 corporate flight departments. His efforts have resulted in sales of over $1 billion while working at industry leaders, Gulfstream Aerospace, Bombardier Flexjet, a NetJets joint venture, and other prominent companies. At Gulfstream, Tom also led a team working with hundreds of aircraft owners on the personal design of their aircraft cabin interiors.

A private pilot, he has also established and led an aircraft charter & management operation. Tom most recently served as Executive Vice President at Volato, scaling the company to become a nationwide operator of fractional and charter aircraft. Today, he continues to address the needs of his large client base in both fractional and whole aircraft ownership and is an industry speaker and consultant on changes affecting the private aviation industry.

Scott Shatzer
Vice President of Operations

Scott is a 35-year aviation professional with VP leadership roles in aircraft operations and sales for several fractional ownership providers, including Flexjet and others. With a background that also includes American Airlines and Oracle, he brings key expertise in simplifying complex aircraft scheduling, dispatching and logistical issues for large fleet operators. Working as part of the senior management team, Scott helped lead a successful multi-year turn-around of Flight Options, a struggling fractional provider, paving the way for its acquisition of Sentient Jet (the original jet card provider) and Flexjet, now the world’s second largest fractional ownership company.

Scott’s recent work includes crafting new fractional ownership programs for both Volato and flyExclusive, as well as serving as a senior advisor managing the private aviation accounts for some 70 high-utilization clients while delivering exceptional service.

Martha Dowd
National Director of Sales

Martha Dowd has joined the MyFlight Advisor team to promote the sales efforts and provide expert advice for its clients. She brings more than 20 years of success in private aviation, supporting successful new product launches for name brand companies and enhanced revenue growth through innovative marketing and customer service initiatives.

In her aviation career, she was tapped by the founder of the charter brokerage company Skyjet to create a National Sales Team and Client Services Department to promote their innovative reservation technology system. She played an instrumental role in the successful acquisition of Skyjet by Bombardier Aerospace, expanding it into the worldwide jet charter market, where she held the position of Vice President of Sales for five years to manage its rapid growth.

Martha was then promoted to lead Mid-Atlantic regional sales for Bombardier Flexjet, providing fractional shares of private aircraft, as well as spearheading their hourly card program for Learjet and Challenger business aircraft. Her efforts resulted in her receiving the team achievement award for breaking the company record in exceeding sales plan.

She has since enjoyed consulting with various companies in private aviation, hospitality, and premium products and services, with a focus on new business development, building lasting client relationships, and increasing market share.

Legal Counsel

Lucien White, Of Counsel at DLA Piper LLP (US) in the Structured Finance Group, has substantial experience in designing and executing complex commercial and corporate aircraft transactions, including acquisitions, straight financings, capital lease financings, and operating (“true lease”) financings in U.S. and multi-jurisdiction transactions in challenging, multi-party settings.  The transactions often involve fractional aircraft ownerships, and he has represented purchasers (including non-U.S. airlines), sellers, lenders and borrowers.

He also has substantial experience in designing and executing complex securitization, structured-finance and secured-loan transactions involving numerous asset classes (including, in addition to aircraft, rail cars, ships and other transportation equipment, RMBS, CMBS, satellite transponders, high-yield bonds and tobacco fee settlements and escrow release rights).  He has represented lenders, borrowers, originators, credit enhancers and collateral managers in several billion dollars of US-based, offshore and cross-border transactions, and has substantial experience in transactions using special-purpose bankruptcy remote vehicles.

DLA Piper LLP (US) was in the top ten of underwriter’s counsel listed in Asset-Backed Alert for US ABS/MBS several years ago based solely on a series of his RMBS CDO transactions.

In addition to his legal experience, in the late 1990s he co-founded and operated a business for the assembly and delivery of light-rail passenger vehicles for the City of San Francisco Municipal Railway system under a subcontract with the Italian vehicle manufacturer, Breda Costruzioni Ferroviarie S.p.A.; his company had 20+ employees and delivered more than 20 light-rail vehicles, many of which continue to operate in San Francisco today.

Lucien is a member of DLA Piper LLP (US)’s Opinions Policy Committee.  He also serves as lead, pro bono legal counsel for the Distinguished Flying Cross Society, a national not-for-profit organization dedicated to honoring and remembering recipients of the Distinguished Flying Cross.

Lucien received a B.S.E. in Civil Engineering from Princeton University, and was the Assistant Sports Editor of The Daily Princetonian

He received his J.D. from Columbia University and is a member of the New York State Bar.
